Polaris Concepts is a management and technology consultancy based in Palakkad, Kerala. We help organisations find what is holding them back and put in place the systems that move them forward.
Who we are
Polaris Concepts works with businesses, institutions and public bodies on the practical questions that determine performance: how work is recorded, how money is tracked, how customers find them, and how decisions are made.
We are a partnership that combines strategy, operations, technology, marketing and media. Every engagement is led by a partner, from the first conversation to final delivery.
Why we exist
Many organisations run on notebooks, spreadsheets and goodwill. These hold until the organisation grows: renewals are missed, figures arrive late, and enquiries go unanswered.
Most organisations at that stage cannot hire a large consultancy, and they do not need software for its own sake. They need someone to understand how they actually operate, then build what fits. Polaris Concepts was formed to do that.
Our name
Polaris is the North Star, the fixed point travellers have navigated by for centuries. We take the name as a standard: our work should give an organisation a clear reference point it can steer by.

How we are organised
Polaris Concepts leads strategy, operations and technology. Two specialist wings work alongside it:
- Polaroid Dosa, our marketing wing: brand identity, social media, advertising, packaging, and video.
- Markour Advisors, our education wing: admissions marketing and enquiry management for colleges, schools and training institutes.
