Services

Four areas of practice.

We begin with the business problem, not the technology. Our work falls into four areas, each grounded in client engagements.

Operations

Delivered and live

Day-to-day work recorded on paper or in messages, leaving owners to discover problems after they have occurred.

Common indicators

  • Work is recorded in notebooks, registers or chat groups.
  • Lapsed documents or missing payments come to light only after they matter.
  • Staff enter the same information more than once.

Our approach

We map how the work is actually done, then implement or build a system that fits it. Information is entered once, reminders precede deadlines, and owners see the day's position at a glance. Where an existing system falls short, we integrate it with the tools already in use.

Relevant experience: a bus operator moved from registers to a fleet system with daily collections, expiry reminders and a daily profit figure that carries losses forward; a business whose leads, CRM and invoicing now run in one system, connected to chat and spreadsheets.

Digital presence

Digital presence and reputation

Delivered and live

A public presence that is slow, outdated, or absent from the way customers now search.

Common indicators

  • The website is slow, ageing, or has been compromised.
  • AI assistants do not mention the organisation, or describe it inaccurately.
  • The website makes claims that could not be substantiated if challenged.

Our approach

We rebuild websites without interrupting service, assess visibility in AI-driven search, and verify every public claim against evidence. Where a claim cannot be verified, we recommend removing it.

Relevant experience: a compromised WordPress site rebuilt and migrated with no downtime; an AI-visibility audit that identified an unverifiable award claim in a website's structured data.

Sales and revenue

Live and in progress

Enquiries and orders arrive through many channels, and it is unclear which efforts generate revenue.

Common indicators

  • Leads arrive through WhatsApp, Instagram forms and email, and some are lost.
  • It is not possible to tell which advertising produces buyers.
  • Payment collection depends on someone remembering to follow up.

Our approach

We consolidate every enquiry in one place with immediate alerts, place firm limits on advertising spend, and build the storefront or payment link that completes the sale. Where enquiries come from the wrong audience, we revise the message and the qualifying questions.

Relevant experience: leads from several channels consolidated into one system with team alerts; advertising spend capped with human approval; a furniture storefront with full checkout built and tested end to end. Payment links are built and tested.

Regulation and compliance

Delivered as planning

Tax, payment and app-store rules change, and errors are costly to correct later.

Common indicators

  • It is unclear how GST or e-invoicing applies to your systems.
  • A planned marketplace raises questions about payment regulation.
  • An app is planned and the store enrolment requirements are unclear.

Our approach

Before design begins, we review each rule at its official source and record what is settled and what is not. Systems are then built to comply from the outset rather than corrected afterwards.

Relevant experience: GST and e-invoicing research for ERP implementations; payment-regulation analysis for a multi-seller marketplace; app-store enrolment planned before development began. This is research and planning, not legal advice.
